Is there a certificate of authenticity?

All artworks for sale online on Bright Future have a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist. All artworks sold in editions are signed and numbered by the artist.

Does the image on the website show the exact artwork?

The photograph on our online art gallery is a true representation of the artwork but has no legal value. We can send you additional views of the artwork upon request.

Which payment methods are accepted by Bright Future?

All major credit cards and Apple Pay. If you want to pay by bank transfer, please contact us by mail (info@brightfuturegallery.com) or via Instagram.

Where do you ship? 

We deliver to all European countries as well as countries that are part of the Schengen agreement. If you are not sure whether we deliver to your country, please do not hesitate to contact us (info@brightfuturegallery.com)

How much does the delivery cost?

The shipping costs are 10€

Are taxes and duties included in my order total?

Unfortunately no, please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

It depends on the artists availability and the distance between you and the artists studio. All artists will do their best to ship your work asap. Normally it takes between 7-21 days. If you need the work for a specific occasion, please do not hesitate to contact us (info@brightfuturegallery.com) and we will do our best to ensure that it arrives on time.

Can I return the work?

Unfortunately we don’t accept returns. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your artwork, please contact info@brightfuturegallery.com

The artwork was damaged when it arrived. What should I do?

Please contact us (info@brightfuturegallery.com) as soon as you notice the damage. Take photos to show us the current state of the work.
